Contaxa Contact Database
Contaxa is our core system for managing the requirements nearly all businesses
have for keeping in touch with their customers and suppliers. Implemented
in MS Access, its facilities include viewing contacts as a summary list and
details, records of all communications made with contacts. There is full
email integration and linking with Outlook, and mail merge facilities linking
to Word allowing single contacts or lists to be merged into a document.
Elegant and powerful search and list generation facilities are also
provided. Automatic SMS text messaging over the Internet can easily be
set up. Contacts can be assigned to user defined groups in a simple and
clear way.
An innovative method of linking different lists of data is included which allows
for new lists to be easily added during customisation in such a way as to
integrate well with the existing contact data.
Many of our clients are using Contaxa today to improve their client relationship
management.
